Motorcycle Service Advisor / Customer Service Executive

Orizon Motorcycles is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Motorcycle Service Advisor to join our team in Kaki Bukit. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, bridging the gap between riders and our workshop mechanics to deliver exceptional service and clear repair recommendations for various motorcycle makes and models (BMW, Ducati, Honda, Yamaha, Class 2B, 2A, and 2 bikes).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Consultation & Liaison: Engage customers throughout their motorcycle repair and servicing journey, listening to their feedback, diagnosing customer needs, and building long-term relationships.

  • Service Recommendation & Quotations: Recommend necessary repairs, routine maintenance, and performance/safety upgrades. Prepare transparent cost estimates and service agreements.

  • Job & Operations Management: Coordinate closely with workshop mechanics to schedule job orders, track repair progress, and ensure timely updates to clients.

  • Quality Control & Handover: Conduct detailed motorcycle handovers, perform final quality checks before client delivery, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

  • Administrative Duties: Process invoices, maintain accurate service records, and manage workshop customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.​

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or automotive/motorcycle service advising.

  • Basic understanding of motorcycle mechanics, maintenance parts, and common troubleshooting concepts.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Valid Singapore Riding License (Class 2B / 2A / 2 preferred) is an advantage.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.

 

Monthly Salary: SGD 2,000 – SGD 3,500 (Depending on experience and level of expertise).

Location: 8 Kaki Bukit Ave 4, #03-48 Premier@Kaki Bukit, Singapore 415875.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Closed Sundays & Public Holidays).
